Autostaff is committed to working with candidates and employers to deliver the best outcomes for both parties. By ensuring that candidates are qualified for the positions for which they are applying and properly prepared and briefed about the employer, we will avoid wasting anyone's valuable time. Candidates will be interviewed by Autostaff prior to being put forward for any position and will advise employers of any relevant information regarding the candidate's suitability for the available position.

Interview Facilities

It is not always appropriate for interviews to take place at the prospective employer's place of business.  Where a greater element of discretion is required, interviews can take place at Autostaff's offices at Level 5, Nexus Norwest, 4 Columbia Court, Norwest.

Job Offers 

Autostaff will work with both parties to make sure that any job offer is acceptable to the candidate and is free of any misunderstandings or confusion.

Staff Retention 

Autostaff will continue to work with both parties after the appointment ensuring that the candidate settles into the new position and any issues are resolved quickly.  The retention of the right staff is a major profit driver for any business while stability in employment is an attribute that is much sought after by potential employers.
