Interviewing Facilities
Our offices are in the Nexus Norwest building in Sydney’s growing North West. Our interviewing offices are available to prospective employers on those occasions when interviewing at your place of business is not appropriate. Catering can be arranged on request. Unlike many areas of Sydney, parking in Norwest is free.
Sourcing of Candidates
It is a fact that often the ideal candidate for a senior position is currently working with a competitor or supplier or perhaps works overseas. Autostaff will take on the responsibility of sourcing such candidates with the utmost discretion and integrity to ensure the best outcome for all concerned. Exit Interviews
Autostaff can conduct exit interviews on behalf of our clients to ensure that they receive a comprehensive and impartial report on the reasons for an employee’s resignation. For our exclusive clients there is no fee associated with this service.
Climate Survey
Many businesses have benefited from regular (every two or three years is adequate) climate surveys of their staff and senior management. The manner of collection of the information needs to be done by a third party to ensure the most candid and accurate results. Autostaff will conduct Employee Climate Surveys on behalf of clients by arrangement and provide a comprehensive report on the findings. These findings can be compared with subsequent survey reports to establish trends.
